The Abigor was founded in the middle of 1993 by T.T. (Thomas Tannenberger – drums, guitar), and P.K. (Peter Kubik – gutar, bass). A bit later vocalist Rune (also known as Tharen) joined the band and three demos were recorded with his collaboration, to be exact, they were "Ash Nazgh…", "Lux devicta est" and "Moonrise", whereupon Rune left the band.
